First I prepared all the ingredients and set up my little station.
Next, I chopped it all up into thin slices so that they could be rolled easily with the seaweed laver and rice.
And voila! Some yummy korean sushi! The lighting is not that great cause I forgot to snap a pic. I was going to be late for work if I didn't pack up and change and leave right away. Also, these are the leftovers. They don't look that great but trust, they were delicious!
oh gosh, I love these! the Korean restaurant I frequent does veggie ones and they are soooo good! :9 now I'm craving~
